TUTORIAL :: LA PENSEE Simple Neutral Everyday LOOK for school/work

Ohh well, I'm getting so excited. Ask me why! Haha.. It's just my youtube account , now I have my .. wait..let me check it now, if you want to see please just click it here SEE! I have my 90 subscribers :) You guys are really  made my day and just put a smile on my face :) Ohh well maybe you all will find it's kind of cheezy to what I just sayin' but it's TRUE!!! :)


Okiiiie dokiie! Back to the topic, as you all can see from the title already, I have a tutorial for you guys and it's kind of my first tutorial here on my blog and please click FOLLOW me if you wanna see more tutorial blog like this :) ~ So, I have a simple neutral everyday Look that you can use for school, work, etc and it's just take a few minutes to do all this :) TRY :)


First of all, please do your regular face routine in the morning like washing your face , in my case, I used my PONDS facial scrub ( the green one ) , yes, it's a scrub but dun worry guys, it's not harsh for our skin, it's so soft and I love it and I using it for almost like from my high school and I dun have any problem with that :) and then let's moisturize our skin ( I just used my Clinique dramatically mmoisturizing gel  )


Now let's go into the FUN part which is MAKE UP session! YEY! :)


Okey, first, the face session, before that I just want you all to know that this is kind of pretty neutral everyday eye look so I dun really worry about the eyeshadow will be fallin on to my skin face or anything like that so I go ahead and applied my foundation first.


Before that, dun forget to spray setting make up product to keep your make up all day long and keep them matte ( recommended for oily skin )

After that, go ahead and apply your favorites foundation, i just used my creation of foundation that I love and using it for almost everyday :) just because it's kind of very hard for me to find the the right shade for my skin tone especially for drugstore foundation so I just mixed them up to give me the right shade for my skin tone so what I did recently is that mix my revlon colorstay foundation in Sand Beige which is kind of a little bit too light for me but I love the coverage and sometime it's kind of  to heavy so I just mix it with my old time favorite foundation from L'oreal True Match Liquid Foundation in Golden Beige which have light coverage but the shade is pretty similar with my skin tone :) MIXED THEM UP! THADAA! I love how it's turn out :) YEY!! :) Please try this idea please and let me know ~ 

I also conceal my under eye circle and some blemishes that still show up using camuflage concealer palette

After that, I used my Urban Decay primer potion to prime my eyelid to absorb all the oily and make the eyeshadow vibrant, I used this first just because it's liquid so I just used all liqiud product first and after that I used the powder one.

After that, set the foundation with my face powder by Maybelline Clear Smooth Shine Free Face Powder in Natural spf 18 with my hollygirl brush which is Retractable Kabuki Brush from Ecotools :)

Don't forget to groom and filled our brow:) I used my elf brow kit 

Then,,,, into the eye make up, I used one palette only for this everyday neutral brownie look which is La Pensee 4 color eyeshadow no 3 which have the colors of white, silver, brownie pink, and dark brown red, all have sheen in it ( note: not chungky glitter! ) which is NICE and I'm in Love with this palette!! :)
Apply the silver shade ( this color is in the top right side ) and putting it all over the lid into the browbone area and then for the highlights I just used the white colors ( which is on the top left side ) and I put it right on the browbone below the brow to make our brow stand out but make sure the brow is nicely groom and filled :) and then also put it on teardrop area to brighten the eye and make them look fresh and it also will be so great tip for the people who have pretty far eye between the left and right eyes.

Also for the all over the lid only, i used the pinky brownie ( from the picture, it's top right side but take note if you have this palette, in real life it's in the left bottom side , i hold this palette not in the right position :P )
and then for counter color or on the outer corner to define our eye a little bit , I used the darker brown one  :)
So for the eye, I just used my eyeshadow brush and blending brush ( you all can find them a buck on ELF WEBSITE )

Then I used darker brown color just now for the outer lower lash line to even define the eye and I just used my bobbi brown brush ultrafine liner :) ( yey,, you can see my nicole richie inspired ring there )

Then just line your eye using creamy eyeliner so it can be pretty neutral and soft :) I used my urban decay eyeliner in Zero ~ I love this eyeliner :) Very black, so creamy, pretty neutral, easy to control :)

Haha,, now you can see right how much I love this eyeliner see,, it's so small now :P


Then,, set your eyeliner with eyeshadow yo make it stay longer  ( hint* it's a tip for you guys that struggling with smudging liner etc.. ) just use any random black matte shadow :)

After that go ahead curl your lashes and apply your favorites mascara ~ I used my shu uemura eyelash curler and Maybelline the colossal volum' express mascara waterproof ( if you kind of struggling with which the mascara you want to choose and watch my mascara review on my channel :)

After that, I used my bronzer to contour a lil bit on my nose and face to make it nicer and smaller :) I used NYX blush in Taupe and ecotools blush brush which is i'm loving!

I used my MAC blush in Peaches and it's perfect for this summer season and i used sephora professional brush blush contour brush flat top one :)

Okey, last but not least is that lip, moisturize your lip, I used my eos lipbalm which is so nice :) and I applied my NYX jumbo lip liner in FUSHIA :) Great color!!! 

Dun forget to spray Skandinavia make up setting spray

My Nude Collection Lipstick Part I

Do you realize something anyway?I always begin my explanation about something with this word "okey"

ohh well.. I dun even know why but forget it!

Let's get started...obviously from the title you already know this is kind of my old time nude lipstick collection which I haven't updated recently for sure so yapp I just try to remember what lipsticks that I mentioned in my Youtube channel for my nude lipstick collection part I  

Here are the listed that I will be discuss with you all and also I had already mentioned them in my video so yeah..

Okey,, here my swatches ( take note: meiqiuezinclassyvintage is my old blog that I will be removing soon because as I already told you all onsugar didn't work for me :( so please don't think that I grab this pics from other people, nope, it's my lip and I did all the swatches! ) ~ 

I will only discuss about 1 lipstick and 1 lipgloss that I'm in love with for this nude range on my blog here because I already did my explanation on my youtube channel so please check it out to see more info.

Here we go, Maybelline Moisture Extreme No945 Natural Nude ~

The PACKAGING : come in a wine colored plastic tube and a standard twist-up tube with a silver band in the middle doesn't particularly stand out but it is not problematic or gaudy.

The PRICE : based on my research ..they are fairly expensive for drugstore lippies in Canada but Nee ( blogger and you tuber, check her out, she is great! ) bought all of her 3 shades for $3 CAD on sale. Other than that got it for $5.99 at Target and if it's still on sale, it's on $3.50 and couldn't go wrong at this price. I got mine at Rp 45, 000, - in my hometown (Indonesia) which is at about S$ 6, 50,-. I think if I purchased it in Singapore Watson or Guardian or Sasa.. It will definitely cost me more than that.

The QUALITY and TEXTURE: It has no WEIRD scent, only the light smell of a fruit which i DON'T MIND AT ALL and it has lovely smooth texture, the color is gorgeous with a slight shimmer and very flattering on my not-so-plump lips. I don't even need to apply lip balm beforehand bcos they already have SPF in it which is way better than MAC. MAC lipsticks are overrated IMO. They are so dry on the lips. I prefer this much over MAC lipsticks. MAC lipsticks have a tendency to highlight all imperfections and dry skin if your lips are not perfectly smooth. This lipstick is medium pigmented and the lasting power is pretty good for a moisture lipstick. It'll last me 3-4 hours, which is good for you guys who normally wear lip gloss and that wears off superfast. The shade also goes perfectly on my medium fair skin. Also, it doesn't feel thick on my lips. In fact, it doesn't feel like I'm wearing anything.  It’s better than Clinique and Lancôme which cost more. 

BUY AGAIN? YESS! I love this stuff!

WELL..let's move on to the lipgloss, my fav is RIMMEL VINYL Gloss Mirror !

The Packaging: it's kind of like a clear glass similar with some of the MAC lipgosses with silvery name in it and the cap is dark purple color with the rimmel brand picture which remind me on a crown so pretty :)

The Price : I got mine on Watsons Sale at 10 bucks ( SIN dollar ) , I think I saved around 3/4 bucks :) 

The Quality & Texture: Go so smooth, the smell is so fruity and fresh, the best smell ever for a lipgloss if we compared to the other drugstore like REVLON etc.. I love the pigmentation and I feel comfy using this lipgloss anywhere, it doesn't give feeling annoy like other lipgloss do ( take note: I HATE LIPGLOSS except THIS! ) YaY! for that~ 

BUY AGAIN: YES!!

OOh well.. I hope my blog is not too long,, as you can already see, I have a very long explanation on lipstick and real short for lipgloss.. I dun want to ramble much,, it's too long and you guys will be kind of boring :)
